About My Coaching
ABOUT MY COACHING:
I entered the world of coaching in March of 2020. Certifying at The Life Coach School of Brooke Castillo. I had the privilege of mentoring under the tutorage of the beloved Katie Pulisfer.
I had no idea how this experience would forever change the trajectory of my life. I entered the course with no plans to be a working coach, I just knew that coach training was indeed my next right thing. Since that time, I have fallen in love with the coaching process. I find it a great privilege and delight to walk through sacred territory and transformation with my clients.
I have long found people coming to me with open hearts and sharing their problems. I hear often, the words: "I haven't told this to anyone, but I just feel like I can with you." It is my gift. I provide a space of safety and love for my clients. When they are ready to open their hearts... I provide a space not for me to hear, but for my clients to hear their own voice, sometimes for the first time. A space for each client to hear from their own lips-- their dreams, their longings, and their hopes.
Of course, part of the process for all of us to go after our heart’s desire is the other half of growth. That other half is the stuff that gets in the way: fear and the situations that have us frustrated, disheartened, discouraged, and even paralyzed.
Together we will walk carefully into your inner knowing. There will always be fear... “but those who face their fears with dignity have courage as well.”1 I will walk hand in hand with you as I teach you the principles of facing fear with faith. Just under the surface of our fear is the beautiful inner knowing and divine light in each of us.
I empower my clients with the tools and skillsets that when embraced will have profound and lifelong impact. Your heartaches will still exist, your challenges will still be present, but you will have something that will carry you through ... a BRIGHT HOPE and manifested joy! We combat your fears and pain with the fullness of the picture and the meaning that we give to our experiences.
About Me
ABOUT ME:
I am a co-creator with God. My life mission is to freely give the joy that swells in my soul to all around me. I spread it like confetti and because it is my “Extra Yarn”2 giving doesn’t deplete me, it actually fuels me. The trick is to give from abundance and never from lack. And when I find myself in lack... it is time for me to recenter and go to ELI 3-- my Divine Maker and Heavenly Father. And to my Divine Redeemer and Savior Jesus Christ. Nothing brings me more joy than talking about and receiving the abundance of light and joy that is available to all of us.
My allegiance is first and foremost to serve my Master and King Jesus Christ. He is my greatest friend and beloved advocate. And I want to spend all my days serving Him and praising Him. I am inspired by women like Joan of Arc who reinstated the King of France to His rightful throne. ... my purpose is to do all in my power to do my part to gather Israel and re-instate the rightful King, Jesus Christ.

Building Relationships of Trust
Loving God
"God is love".
When we experience Him, we experience love. If we aren't experiencing love, it is not God. He "doth not vary".
God beckons to us , longing for us to receive the abundance He has for us.
Sometimes there is a lot of messy in the way of His profound love for you.
Sometimes we are afraid. God sees us fully and still loves us completely.
This leap of faith is the most exhilarating leap you will ever take.
No longer hustle. No longer try to prove your worth. Stop looking for validation outside yourself-- that all leads to emptiness and exhaustion.
My favorite action verb is to receive.
It's time--- come receive the abundance God has in store for you. Let's learn the art of manifesting daily joy.

The key to solid and connective relationships is building a relationship of trust with your self. I will guide you to fall in love with living your best life and having healthy self-respect and love. So you can fully engage in all your relationships.

The greatest joy that we will ever experience is in giving the love that is who we are. If you want to be truly happy in life... love someone else, purely, sweetly, and without expectations.
This is where the tire hits the pavement and where the magic happens. You can always choose love and it feels amazing, I will show you how.
